Business Process Consultant | Stockholm

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant for our very exciting fintech client. You will be part of the Financial Reporting domain to work within the team for CFO Support.

What you will do

For this assignment you will lead workshops, develop processes and best-practice, create sufficient documentation and plan how this can be implemented and rolled out in the organization. You will be responsible for selecting process mapping tools and developing/set processes and best practice how to perform process mapping.

Who You Are

• Great experience in process mapping - business process and system/data flows

• You will need to have experience of bank/regulated companies and compliance regards to process and internal controls.

• Excellent communication skills

• Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders

• Eye for details

• 5-15 years of experience of business processes & development

Who You Are

• Basic understanding of IT development to be able to review the quality of decision material

• Careful and likes to support our customers to get good quality in their decision documents

• The ability to make demands on those who write decision documents to themselves as far as possible ensure good quality in the decision documents

• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Jira, Confluence

• Fixed term contract with possible extension
